Welcome to Norz Hill Farm

Thanks for visiting, we’re glad you came! Please feel free to take a look around our site and learn more about the farm, the market and our family. We have a rich history of farm life and an exciting future ahead. Visit our Fall Festival and Fun Features pages to see some of the activities and products we offer on the farm. We are now open with our Summer produce stand. We have our own Jersey Fresh sweet corn, tomatoes and other produce available. Hours are Monday - Friday 1pm - 6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 10 am - 4 pm. The 2008 Fall Festival will kick off in mid-September.  We offer Birthday Parties during the Fall Festival - contact us for more information! The wildly popular Haunted Trail will open October 3rd  Friday and Saturday nights and run through 11/1.  Check out a picture of this year's corn maze! We will be open Columbus Day October 13th from 11am to 5pm.

Our passion still remains Registered Holsteins and we are proud to promote some of the most influential and exciting members of our herd. We have embryos available at all times.

News from Norz Hill

We would like to thank everyone who attended our Fall Festival, Haunted Trail & School Tours in 2007. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2008.

February 2008 We classifed on 2/13/08 with Jerome Haberkorn.  The weather was cold and raining, but we had a great day scoring. There was 1 new EX and 3 more cows got raised in the EX category.  There were 8 new VG, and 10 more cows got raised in the VG category, 6 of these were 2-year-olds. This brings the herd totals to 12 EX and 40 VG.  Highlights of the day include:
 

  • Norz-Hill Storm Khaki received another point to EX-93 2E!  Her breakdown was 93  96  96  93  91.  Khaki’s Leduc sister was also raised to VG-87 88-MS.
  • Norz-Hill Leduc Rita scored EX-90 92-MS @ 3-03 yrs & fresh just 3 weeks!
  • Norz-Hill Leduc Reba scored VG-86 87-MS @ 3-04 
  • LaFoster Astro Andrea-ET, Atlee’s Astronomical daughter, scored VG-86 VG-MS
  • Dynasty Leduc Callie had 2 daughters scored :
    Norz-Hill Stormatic Crystal scored VG-87 88-MS @ 2-10
    Norz-Hill Astro Cora-ET scored VG-86 VG-MS @ 3-00
  • Norz-Hill Skyfame Maddie-ET, a great-granddaughter of Lauduc Broker Mandy, scored VG-85 @ 2-11
  • Stanhope Tori Progress, a maternal sister to Stanhope Tiffany Skydome, scored EX-91, 97 pts in frame and 98 pts in rump!
  • Norz-Hill Machoman Wags, a member of the Winken family, scored VG-87 86-MS. Wags' Roy daughter scored GP-83 @ 2-06.
  • Norz-Hill Durham Andromeda scored VG-87 EX-MS @ 3-2. Andromeda now completes 5 generactions of VG or EX!
  • Norz-Hill Rubens Donna, the 2006 NJ Futurity winner, scored VG-87
